I had an excellent experience with IONOS customer service. I had a payment issue after my credit card company blocked the transaction. Once I resolved the issue with them, I needed to contact IONOS by phone to complete the payment. The response was very quick, and Kevin, the representative who assisted me, was friendly, patient, professional, and efficient throughout the entire call. He immediately understood the issue and resolved it quickly, making the whole process simple and stress-free. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. Thank you, Kevin, and thank you to the IONOS team for the excellent service.

Excellent customer service from Krisha Ann Hermosilla. I contacted IONOS with a complicated billing and contract issue involving several website and email services. Krisha was extremely patient, professional, and thorough. She took the time to review my contracts individually, helped identify which services were connected to my active websites and which were not being used, documented my cancellation and refund/credit requests, and created a task for the appropriate team to follow up. My overall billing issue is still awaiting final review by the Cancellation Team, but Krisha's assistance during the chat was excellent. I greatly appreciate the time and effort she spent helping me sort through everything.
