On an English-language ranking the useful question is location and payment, not brand familiarity: if your users are in the EU or US, a Hetzner CX or DigitalOcean droplet in those regions will usually have simpler international cards and fewer routing surprises. Compare KVM specs (RAM, NVMe, port) the same way as any other card. Do not assume a 5.0 from a small review sample will match a global SLA.
