I have been using Contabo services for a long time. Technically, the server performance, system uptime, and overall infrastructure are quite successful and reliable for web applications. Special thanks to Gil from the support team for his quick, professional, and helpful attitude regarding account and ticket management. However, my main concern is the pricing policy and automatic price updates. Periodic price increases and having to periodically contact support to verify dynamic rate adjustments create uncertainty for long-term planning.

I’ve been a Contabo customer for quite some time and have used several of their services. Recently, I had a payment issue that caused my VPS to be suspended. After contacting Contabo support, they restored access to my server and gave me an additional 7 days to settle the outstanding payment. This experience definitely improved my trust in their support.

The biggest one for me, being a little guy, is the price. Their prices make it impossible not to purchase a VPS plan. Thank you.

Couldn't be better. I love those guys. The prices are just fine. You shouldn't run a Minecraft server on their hardware, but everything else just works ;)
