Hetzner

I have purchased several Hetzner services both for myself and for clients, including dedicated servers and domains. Most of my dedicated servers were purchased through the Hetzner Server Auction, and so far I have been very satisfied with the hardware and performance I receive for the price I pay.

I shut down my servers after not needing them and they keep charging for months unfairly, not knowing that they would still charge (there was no mention of it). Now they are entering legal ways to have their money back for all the months I wasn't using the servers.

Calling the support hotline puts you on music for an eternity and then just hangs up on you. Very frustrating as you trying to solve an issue with their invoices.

Excellent servers, but the worst support experience I've had. I was locked out of my own account for almost two weeks and never got back in.

The way they speak to customers is unacceptable. The tone of their emails has been unnecessarily rude, abrupt and dismissive.

I use dedicated server from Hetzner and I love it. the only downside was the recent price changes that was too much in one go.
