Just started using it, but I find the support to be great! Quite good pricing as well.

I have been using their cloud service for the last 3 months and it's been great so far. I really love the transparent pricing they offer, I'm not paying more than I calculated before I start with them. Their support is super fast as well.

If you deposit money on their platform and don't login for a given amount of time, they'll delete your account and the money that you paid.

Paid $10, deployed a server, then got suspended without explanation. My newly created UpCloud account was suspended shortly after I made the initial $10 payment and deployed a server.

I've only been using UpCloud for about a month, but my impression is already excellent — probably the best provider I've tried. The thing that really won me over is the hourly billing. Spin up a server, use it for a couple of days, delete it — you only pay for the time it was actually running. No "pay a month upfront," no money down the drain when you don't need the machine anymore. For someone who's constantly testing and rebuilding things, that's priceless.
